The vast majority of the trucks equipped with the turbo 400 [my 69 GMC has a low hump with a 400 though] and of course the 4 speed manual trans trucks.

if i am correct then all 4wd trucks had them, all big block trucks had them and any other truck with a floor shifter

my '68 GMC came with high hump & SM435 top load 4 speed. it is now in corner of shop collecting dust. in very good shape if any one want one. the PO/OO was an old guy that went 20MPH in high gear for 6 blocks twice a day for last 25 years.
