Re: Score!!!!

Well done. I can't tell but it looks like the cab corners are original?

I'd love to be in an area where "rusty" referred to surface rust on bare steel.

I would too!

Nah, the corners look original and rusted out!
It isn't near as bad as most i have seen around these parts.

Thanks. Trying to decide whether to sell it as is or cut it up and sell it as repair panels.

More money in the panels separately an simpler to ship that way as well.

I sell a lot of parts on the big Bay site.

It is. I have to buy, trade, & sell parts to help take care of my wife who has terminal cancer. So, unless i can get a really good price for it as a whole cab; then i am in a position where cutting it up is my only viable option. Not only can i make money selling it in pieces; but the shipping is easier for me. I can carry a piece of a cab; but i can not pickup a whole cab. An where i am; money will not get good help! These lazy no count drug an alcohol dependent sloths won't work even for money. They would rather take a handout or steal. I am not exaggerating either. An if they will work; they already have good paying jobs with benefits.

Thank you. Things are going well. The original DR. gave her 9 mos. It has been 6 years. None of us are promised tomorrow, as the saying goes. Yeah, New Boston is 22 miles from Texarkana. Which of course sits ON the state line with Arkansas.

So, you are a musician? What genre? I don't listen to heavy metal or rap. I can appreciate pretty much everything else.

Re: Score!!!!

no sir --not a musician --- iwas a roadie for 11 years in the 70s and 80s
setting up stages --lighting --audio and just about all things stage wise
my genre of music runs from southern rock to contemporary jazz - and i do like some good classical music --- i am not a rap fan either ans i am not into death metal either ---i dont understand alot of death metal lyrics mostly what i hear is deep guttering screaming -- not sure what o make of that --but to each his /her own
i also like good hard rockin 70s band humble pie and foghat are just a couple .

excellent on 6 years with your wife ---

Re: Score!!!!

Had to look up New Boston Tx and actually you are within a reasonable and somewhat easy road trip of a lot of guys on here. It's not that far from Texarkana.

Prayers for your lady.

We all have to do what we have to do and if you put that one up for sale with the title I'd say it is the basis for a nice project for someone.

As I've said before there was that day when a TF big window was # 1 on my list of wants but I don't think I have that many builds left in me now.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
