72 cargo light with switch

I pulled this out of a 72 cab I scrapped. Light has typical pitting but good driver quality or rechrome for your project truck. Comes with switch, harness and interior done light as well. Has both rubber encased mounting screws but the rubber tore on both. It is missing one of the small spacers on the mounting screw shaft but easily replicated if you find it necessary 75 shipped +PayPal fees

Just a heads up. The rubber encased nuts are called "Well Nuts" and can be purchased at most well stocked hardware stores. (like Ace, Lowes, Home Depot, Menards, etc.)

Re: 72 cargo light with switch

interested in this setup.. have it in the ochre longhorn but not in the red one..

if you were to hazard a guess, how difficult do you think it would it be to add to a non-equipped cab?

and where does the switch go? in my ochre truck it comes on with dome, no switch that I noticed..

thank you!

Easy to add, you would mark out the hole in the back of the cab and cut accordingly- The gasket is pretty large so small hole would be required. The switch goes inside the cab just below the dome light. If its in the "ON" position it comes on with the dome light. If its in the "Off" position only the dome light comes on.

thank you! I'll take it and give it a shot.. my first glance at pictures looked like they were both coupled together inside which would make for tricky cutting.. my pm box is full but I can clear it out in the morning and exchange info for payment and shipping..

thank you! my other truck is 1600 miles from here, if that blue one you pictured is handy, could you please send picture of the back of the cab and height from window? that way I could get as close to stock location as possible.. I assume centered side to side which I can easily measure.. and I might just wire together like my other one, don't recall seeing a switch up there.. thank you!
