You can either reference the photo that is hosted on another web site using the img tag or you can hit the "post reply" button and attach an image. There are size and file type limits if you attach it to the message.

I Always Use Paint On My Pc, Pull Up Photo, Go To Stretch / Skew
Change Top 2 Numbers From 100 To 50 Then Ok, Then Repeat Step A Second Time, Photo Looks About Like A 6 X 6 Size, Save It, Then When U Go To Post Scroll Down To Manage Attachments, Browse For Photo, Click Ok, Then Click Upload, When Image Is Uploaded, Then Hit The Close Window Button, Then The Submit Button And You Are Done, Works For Me, Here Is The Size Mine Turn Out.
