2 wheel drive jimmy gypsy???
Picked up a 2 wheel drive 1986 gmc jimmy today. Got it home and started looking at the rpo codes ( got curious cause the glovebox said gypsy ) and found the code YC3 ( I think it was ) and it came up as SPORT/GYPSY
Did they make 2 wheel drive gypsys ? I thought they were 4x4 |

Either way I had several 2 wheels and 1 4x4 with that trim I dont remember the years though I know one was a 88 or 89 with the digital dash. Does yours have the fancy door panels with the ink pen holders sewn in? Jim

Currently I’m putting a 305/th350 in it. But building a 383 on the side eventually. I’ve got the block just need to find the time to order parts. Project is at a stall currently I’m buying a 97 RCSB 2wd so funds are tight. It’ll be paint matched to match my full-size 2wd k5 jimmy
