Distributor Questions

The engine in my 47 3600 is a 53 block with a 54 head (235). The distributor checks back to a 41-48 216. I am thinking that I might as well get a new distributor (mud, crud, rust, etc), so what do I look for? The number on the old one is 1110090. I am also updating to 12v.... I am planning on staying with points for now, but MIGHT switch to electronic at a later date.
