Rednecked or Genuis??
I was driving my daughter up to one of the local community colleges about an hour from here for band camp. Right outside the campus stopped and looked at a 75 SWB 4x4 C10 . It was pretty rough and I wasn't really looking for a 4x4, but my curiosity got the best of me. I was looking ot over to see how they did their lefit on it. After some pictures I've seen on the board, I was wondered how they did it. I couldn't see any lift kits, didn't notice any larg body spacers, then all of a sudden it hit me.
The guy put two complete frames on top of one another. Yep two full frames one lying on top the other with about 1' ish looking spacers to seperate the two frames. I never saw this before and wondered..........Hmmm.......... Genuis or redneck? Wish I had my camera with me to show you. What you folks think?

Redneck, I'm curious to know which frame the running gear and things like the steering box were bolted to, I think that could cause some interesting problems

When I go pick her up Friday I'll see if it is there still. It looked like the suspension was on the lower frame, steering etc. It looked like the engine and tranny were mounted to the upper frame.
