Stock Temp Guage

The stock engine temp guage on these trucks is it pretty dependable for daily driving?

Mine sits about 1/4 most times sometimes if it sits idle for some time about alittle under half. Does that seem normal?

Does any one know what temp 1/4 and 1/2 half is on the 76?

Thanks for any help.

I don't know about the exact temps but my guage also sits at the same spots. Now that it's summer it is spending more time closer to half.
