Welcome to the board from South Mississippi. Don't worry too much about where to post stuff, we are pretty easy going. Try the parts board or some of the vendors on the home page www.67-72chevytrucks.com

I have a green one, but it's in rough shape. The parts board is probably your best bet. Do you know if you can paint it the color you want?

Good luck finding GMC parts. More and more aftermarket parts are becoming available each day. Most of us that have GMC's, have parts squirreled away just in case. Could've converted my GMC into a chevy a long time ago. Just have to keep scrounging for the parts ya want. Check out any swap meets, check with the vendors who are members on here, or the parts board on here. Don't give up, as the part you need will come up one day. Just have to wait for it. Oh yea, welcome aboard from Ohio.

thanks OhioDan! yeah i seem to be seeing that squirreling effect. it is a shame that more vendors don't see the need for some of these hard to find parts. thank goodness i don't need the serria grande emblem for the glove box. i'd never find that! i'm going yarding this weekend place says that they have about 2 dozen 68-72's. hope to find some good stuff......

Welcome to the board from Illinois. Try GMC Paul's truck parts in Indiana, he might have one. His site is www.gmcpauls.com

Good luck.

Several of the vendors also have used parts. Just because it is not in their catalog / web site don't mean they dont have it. Give them a call...
