My new Jimmy

I went to see this yesterday. Very little rust. A touch in driver's side floor and in both rockers. Nothing in the bed, tailgate or cowl. Doesn't run. I am going to get it mobile before starting any body work.

Good find and congrats - the top slider windows are worth $1800 plus since they are really hard to find.

Get us some more pix when you start to dig into it.

Congrats. I had my eye on that one as well. My Blazer is the same colour.

Re: My new Jimmy

Good buy. Was the Jimmy in WA or BC? Makes me curious about cross border transport in general and now given the existing border restrictions.

Looks like a really nice truck! Not sure about BC, but you dont see many of these in Ontario.

The PO brought into BC and registered it but never had it on the road. I am assuming i wiĺ need to get it inspected.

I had my eye out for years. I saw very few and they were either rusted, horribly modded or in the $50k CDN range. I hate buying restored because I don't trust what's underneath
