tell your insurance co if they don't insure old stuff you will take all your business elsewhere, worked for me. They suddenly "discovered" things could be done. Brian

rodney d young. What part of fort worth?
I'm in nrh and I use the rodney d young on industrial off of 183. collins turns into industrial at 183, so if you're close to baby dolls... you're close to insurance.

Talking

I'M USING "GRUNDY" FOR MY INSURANCE ON MY NEWLY AQUIRED 72 BLAZER,
WITH LIABILITY LIMITS AS HIGH AS $500,000.00, FULL COVERAGE W/ COMP
AND COLLISION ON A AGREED VALUE OF $25,000.00 WITH UNLIMITED MILES
WAS LESS THAN $200.00 A YEAR I THOUGHT IT WAS PRETTY GOOD.

WOW!... I've got to check that out. Mine is usually expensive due to my age though. I'll be 25 here pretty soon though, and they say insurance goes down when you turn 25.

TODD, I'M 34, AND I'M SURE IF U CHECK IT OUT THERE ARE SOME MINOR
RESTRICTIONS SO IT MAY NOT WORK FOR U. ONE OF THEM I THINK HAS
TO BE GARAGE KEPT, BUT IT DID NOT SAY WHAT KIND OF GARAGE. :p

My apartment has a garage. It's just that the "project" chevelle is in it.
Also, what is meant by "agreed" value? Do they need pictures and have to "agree" with what you think it is worth? Or does it not so much matter what it is as what you say it's worth that you are insuring?
Would need the "unlimited" mileage as it is my daily driver. Though they don't need to know that as I only work 4 or 5 miles away from my apartment.

I use State Farm to. The thing I like most is that I can call them up and switch vehicles. They just keep all my rigs in the data base and when one breaks down or I get bored. I can just call

Todd, I Don't Think They Challenge The Agreed Value Unless It Is
Insane, If U Have A 5,000.00 Truck And Ask For 30,000.00 They Will
Probably Challenge It, If U Have Receipts For Work And Parts It
Will Help If They Do Challenge Your Value. I Was Told By A Few
Local Guys Who Use Them That They Have Had No Issues W/ Them.
