Plugs and wires ? "Complete Tune Up "

As mentioned before I had purchased my 98 Blazer last year it just rolled
over 120'000 Problem free Kilometers I purchased the truck with 92'000 K
only parts I have replaced ( did myself) front and rear rotors and pads
and a battery

Well I think its time for a good tune-up

will be doing :

PVC, Plugs, Wires, Air Filter, Fuel Filter ( anything I missed ?)

Whats the eaisest way to get at the 3 plugs on each side? top engine bay
is NOT possible I was thinking of pulling the front wheels and going in from the fenders

is this how everyone else does theres?

thanks

dave
