GMC's are a little different than the Chevrolets
This is about all I can decipher:
I am sure someone can decode it for you.

ce104-zz61551

C=2 wheel Drive
E=V/8 Gas
1 = 1/2 Ton 3600-5600#
Z=Fremont

Here is a link to GMC Pauls Vin Decoder but it is only for 67 thru 69 models

Just a 1970 way of doing a GMC vin.

C = conventinal cab
E eight cyl
1 = 1/2 ton
04 = fleet side box style
Z= Fremont assembly plant
Z = 1970
61551 is the sequence number
