It's called golf because all the other four letter words were taken.

It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

never got any replies from that either, tried all week to get an answer using that option. I'm not paying until I pick up the truck. He had paypal as the method of payment. starting to think it might be a scam.

Finally got a hold of him on the phone.......he refused to sell at the winning bid price! I won the auction for $1076.00, he refused to take less than $1500.00 (which wasn't a bad price). Its just a matter of principle. If a man doesn't abide by his word, what good is he.

Here's the link to what I almost got;
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT

Oh well. Maybe someone will give him $1500 for it.

If he is close to you, you can take him to small claims court. Should be a slam dunk, but you never know what he would do to the truck before you got it.

You did the right thing by posting negative feedback

He's no good at all IMO... Mistake or not, he 'should' sell it to you for your winning bid. Not everyone honors their word anymore, and that sucks. It's good of you to leave feedback and move on.

Sorry to hear about it though.
