Help with kick panel section.
Needing this section circled in red. Mine was rusted through so it needs replacing. It's already been cut off. Is there a patch panel sold?? And who may have it?? Thanks.

Re: Help with kick panel section.
I think it is a common problem with all on the passenger side.
I had to tweek the bottom to get it to fit. This is also common with most repops though. ..

Re: Help with kick panel section.
I dont think I have a video on the inner kick panel yet but ill put one up on the next one I do. Ive got some pictures out of my phone if it helps.
I had to add ~1" to make it fit. I havent had a chance to clean that one up yet but you get the drift. The red circle is really the only reason to buy the replacement panel. If you want to/have the skills to make that rolled edge you could easily make it yourself. I had to manipulate it anyway to match the factory edge. I replaced the whole floor pan in that truck so that's the last step.

Re: Help with kick panel section.
Here is another example where the right curve is the only thing I used of the patch panel.
I had one on hand so I just cut it off, If I didnt have them already I would make it vs buying it. A 4x8 sheet of 18 ga is ~60 bucks
