Hi guys! New here. We just got a 75 Chevy Silverado. I noticed we are spilling gas when we take off and then after a more careful inspection realized there is an open spot on the gas tank. I'm not sure what the setup is supposed to look like. Any help is appreciated.

Re: 1975 Chevy Silverado Gas Tank Set Up
There not suppose to be an open spot.
Pictures would help. Sounds like you need a new filler neck hose or a new tank.
