1968 seat question
Trying to get my seat ready for the 68. Guess it’s an early, has the folding seat. I’m missing the tab that the small spring goes with. Anyone have a good pic of one or even better, a spare??
Also I’m pretty sure this spring came off the seat. 16” long, hook on one end. Seems to have fallen off with the rod(that I have). Any ideas on placement? Thanks. |

Re: 1968 seat question
Is this the tab you're looking for? Mine was missing and I bought this one to replace it.

Re: 1968 seat question
A member on the board has made those brackets .
I have not seen them posted for awhile thou. Does your seat still have the Original Wing nuts on the stopper bolt?

Re: 1968 seat question
I’ll check on the wing nuts today when I go to the shop, I haven’t noticed them. I’ll get some pics.
