Those look real close to the color fawn. Maybe it's the way the light is hitting the parts.

Yeah, I thought the same thing. I'll look at them again, but I'm pretty sure it is saddle. Here's another example of the saddle color that I think mine are

I think it may have. The door panel and arm rest in your truck looks to be medium saddle and not dark medium saddle like 71-72 models
