here is mine, all i need to do to it now is rust repair, fix my gas gauge and then a few small things but i when i paint it i am not going to worry about the dents as this is a work truck i am just going to make it look decent and one color at that
the first one is of the truck when i brought it home, then there are 2 progress pics, the truck is now my daily driver and lacks very little. my dad hates it because it sticks out like a turd in a punch bowl but i always tell him that it is more dependable than dirt and that i would not sell it for all the money in the world

Same picture as posted before in the "saving the C-30 thread", but I'm real proud of actually having it back in my possesion from a chop artist body man that was hoping to make it his by claiming it was abandond at his shop.

here's mine
The 69 is going to have a longhorn bed, smoothed sides. It will be my daily driver. I want to paint it a dark blue almost black no chrome. The 48 is going to be the ranch truck I plan on putting on my 1 ton chevy dualie. and I know it's not a chevy or gmc but once I get everything else done I am going to tackle the 49 international kb6
it is in better condition than it looks. I would like to make a pickup out of it.

Here's mine. I have always wanted a '72 Cheyenne Super 2wd shortbox. I purchased a shortbox frame and box (only) and then my cousin came across this '72 Cheyenne Super longbox. He wanted the motor out of it and told me that I could have the rest. I know the '72 is ugly but it has a really nice cab on it. Actually, what you see here is what a friend and I did the day before yesterday. We had just pulled off the front suspension from the longbox as it got dark. We are going to slide it under the new shortbox this afternoon. I am really excited to finally have my dream truck. It's been a long time coming.

The 327 for the truck should be putting out about 385hp / 425ftlbs before I put it on a bottle fed diet. Darn motor ran me more than the whole truck did, including the machine shop rebuilt 283, and tranny in it.

Son's Project Truck

Here are a few pics of my Son's project truck. Just about have it completed. These pics are a few weeks old. It's a 67 GMC short fleet. It has a built 350 with a TCI Streetfighter turbo 350. The paint is PPG DBU Canary Yellow with Concept urethane clear. It has a two tone leather interior with 69 Corvette seats. There is also power windows and remote keyless entry. The system is Pioneer and Rockford Fosgate. The sub enclosure was made in our garage out of fiberglass. I am really pleased with it. It is crystal clear and hits hard as hell. He's using alot of Lokar products including a Lokar floor shifter, gas pedal shift indicator and boot and floor mounted e-brake. It has a speed warning with a tach and vacuum gauge. There is also a floor shift tilt column. The tank was moved under the bed and an aluminum tank from fuel cell guy was used. the wheels are about as close to NOS as you could get Cragar slotted aluminums. They were bought in 71 and taken off in 72. I am looking for two 15 x 10's in the same design and condition. A local glass shop cut and tempered all new smoked side glass. A Painless Harness was used and it was a snap to install. Future plans include a Vintage Air system and a posi rear with rear disc brakes. All I have left to do is paint one bed side and the cowl induction hood. We did all of the work ourselves with the exception of stitching the interior. I'll post more pics in a few weeks when the truck is done....Well, back to work for now!!!
