Hello
Looking for the most comprehensive kit for a 1975 K10 with the Chrome trim around windshield and back window. Any experience with these Thanks |

Re: Precision Weatherstrip Kit
I purchased the kit, from I think GMC Pauls. I can't say I had good luck with it. The "chrome" strip turned a rusty brown after about 8 months, and my window installer (who has been doing this for 45 years) couldn't get the chrome strip to fit in the seal properly for the rear window. I ended up going with the plain black for front and back despite me having a Cheyenne Super.
Others might have had a better experience, but I'm pretty annoyed that I wasted the money on them, only to turn around had have to buy the standard black weatherstripping. |

Re: Precision Weatherstrip Kit
I got my chrome trim kits for front and rear in 2018. The rear still looks new. I had windshield replaced in 2019 and they installed their cheap chrome strip. The front strip is black. If I would have known this, I would have had them use the old one. I have lately got another strip for front and waiting to install. Got them from LMC.
