65 GMC 4000 SERIES Dumo

Gents
Picked up a decent 65. Seems to have a clutch slave cylinder problem. Any good sources for replacements or rebuild options?
Thanks!

Re: 65 GMC 4000 SERIES Dumo

Got one from Rock Auto for my 64 C60. For the line I was lucky enough to find NOS

Not sure if its the same as GMC but the more I look for parts the more overlap I see between models and years.

Thanks for the assist.

Next subject; motor , interchangeability with ignition components, i.e. HEI distributor from other GM 6 CYLINDER motors?

Thanks

Lilred:
Have a look here for your v6 info.

http://www.6066gmcguy.com/performance.html

Answer is Buick v6 distributor from 70's with even fire. Requires a bushing to fit and attachment of your original drive gear. Result is outstanding!

Slorio

Thanks for the link. Quite a bit of information. HEI is the way to go, figured someone had already made the trip. Now to find the correct HEI distributor.
Thanks again.
