As pictured, they are not show quality but are good presentable PO1s. There is good luster on the large flat surfaces and the blue bowties look good. You can expect to see faded black paint in the crevices and scattered pitting on the center hubs; one is better than the other. There are also strike marks on the outer rims from prior installations. Includes an extra fake "lug nut" with screw. $60 shipped to the lower 48.
