Make SURE, you have an appraisal. Also go to your insurance agent and SPECIFICALLY ASK how much you will get paid if somebody hits you and totals it out. At our insurance agency (without appraisal) they will only pay you 1/2 or less of book value BECAUSE OF TITLE STATUS.

currently only carrying 100k/300k liability while it's parked inside the wall, seldom driven, and not worth a whole lot in present condition

I do have big plans for it in the near future, it has great bones for resto-mod four wheeler and I'll be interested in agreed value coverage later
