Weekend Progress
Assembled the 350 that's going in the Big Blue Burb. I did a rattle can rebuild on it only replacing the gaskets. I also put on a bunch of new chrome parts that I powdercoated translucent blue. I think it looks pretty good.
What did everybody else acomplish this weekend? Ron

I like that Blue looks great , the engine would look better with some Cerama coated headers .
The only thing me and BB did was get towed home with a dead electric fuel pump.

I thought about painting the block blue, but I think the black looks alot better. If you noticed that the carb seems to be sitting a little crooked it's because I haven't bolted it down yet, I want to clean it up and powdercoat/paint it first. Next step is to clean up the tranny, replace the front and rear seals, replace the pan gasket, tranny filter and paint it. I know most people don't paint the tranny but I figured I would, not going to polish it though. Once that's done I'll drop it in the Burb, hopefully this weekend. Ron
