My 20th Anniversary of Joining 67-72

Today for me is the 20th Anniversary of the day I joined 67-72. Im very thankful for the people I've met and corresponded with and got help when needed over the 20 years and received an Education on 67-72 Chevy Trucks that you can't buy. Always someone ready to help as what ever problem u seem to run into as someone along the way has had the same or a similar issue and has a solution. Have had help from quite a few members that have checked out trucks I was thinking of buying for me and did buy my present one in South Dakota with help from a Board Member. I don't plan on going anywhere and when I can reciprocrate the knowledge or ideas I've learned about the trucks. Because of this site I met a local to me member getting on to 10 yeas ago and we have become best buds and he's helped me a lot with the trucks and I guess he's learned stuff from me too. I took the original white front bumpered truck in the picture to the lowered pretty much done truck in the other pics from the knowlegde I've garnered here over the years.

That's a very nice truck. Twenty years is a long time. I had to look up how long I've been here because I couldn't remember.

Re: My 20th Anniversary of Joining 67-72

Welcome to the site! If you decide to stick around you'll find this place became the best resource for these trucks even after other forms of social media came along years later. But it's the members who make it what it is. We have members who have been here 20 years or more. We have one in Saskatchewan who used to have a pink C/10 and nobody even gave him a hard time about it

I'm with you, very thankful for all the help that is generated here!!!

Got a question for you.
There's a You-tuber in your town. His channel is called Carter Auto Restyling.
He does great work AND he mostly works on old Chevrolet pickups.

Do you know him??? I'd like to meet him just to make a connection between him and our community we have here.

Thanks for your contributions, also!!!

I did not know of his channel so took a look and he has 28,500 Subscribers to his channel. I guess he is in Saskatchewan but can't see a reference to what City he is in. I posed the question on the video of the 71 C10 he just bought.

On one of his very last videos, maybe the one just before the 71 purchase, he was selling a 66 C10. I believe he revealed his town in that video

I watched the video and looking at himdriving the truck , I knew it wasn't in Saskatoon. We have 2 bed room communities, actually deemed Citys now, and I'm sure he is in one of them. He's got a hotmail email address in his UTube info so will reach out through there.
