Staggered tires or same all around? 1970 C20

I am in the process of refinishing some late model 2500 rims for my 1970. Today I sandblasted them, and painted. Possibly will clear coat them as well in a few days.
Going for the old school look with new style rims. Rims will be white with chrome Center cap.

My question is tire size and type.

I was thinking 265/70r16 in the rear and possibly a 235/245-70r16 up front. Other size recommendations?
Regular highway tires or AT tires?
My daily driver is also lowered and I put AT tires on it and it looks pretty good.

The attached pictures are of the look I’m going for, my daily driver with AT tires and my white rims along with the centre caps I ordered.
Can’t forget a picture of the truck they are going on too.

Both good looking trucks. Do post up some pics when you get those tires mounted up.

Right now I've got staggered on my C20. I've thought a lot about tire sizes and I'm really contemplating 255/85R-16 all around. Just my $.02 worth.

Just my preference, but for lowered trucks I don't care for the taller skinnier tires. If it is lowered the 70 or 60 series look better For a C/20 with those wheels I think the 265/70 16 all around give it the better.

I don't have a C20, but on my C10 I went with 235/70-15 on the fronts, and 275/60-15 on the rear. My truck is lowered 3.5"/5".

Re: Staggered tires or same all around? 1970 C20

I ran staggered sizes on my '71 Custom Camper, 9.50-16.5 on 8.25" wheels and 33/12.50-16.5 on 9.75" wheels. The wheels were aluminum slots and that was the exact era cool look I wanted. That's cool for cruisin' but I put a lot of hiway miles on the truck and not being able to do a 4-tire rotation sucked. I only run staggered sets so I can run wider wheels in the back. Tire rotation is the one big consideration. Do you drive the truck enough to wear them out or will they time out and rot anyway?
