Factory ride height blazer
I'm looking for some measurements so i can determine what the lift is on my blazer project. Its a 1984 and the po had the truck lifted a pretty good amount. If someone could get me a measurement from the center of the axle to the fender lip that would be great. The rear springs have a pretty serious arc to them and the rear end is tilted so the lift must be pretty significant. Thanks!

I just purchased a 1988 Blazer still with the stock suspension, I will get some measurements this weekend.

Re: Factory ride height blazer
I measured the front end - 23-1/2 inches from the center of the front axle to the bottom of the fender. This does have the 3 leaf HD spring rather than the 2 leaf stock but that should be minimal increase is height. If you need a back measurement, let me know.
I got a chance to measure the rear when it was not so dark out - the rear is 20-1/2 from center of axle to bottom of wheel well opening. Last edited by THI; 09-01-2024 at 09:17 AM. |
