I am wondering where I might find trailing arm bushings and front torsion bar bushings at for out 69 C10 2wd?

For the rear trailing arm bushings gm part number 3762012. LMC Truck 30-2012. This is the first time I've ever heard of a 69 with torsion bars. Torsion bars were from 60-62. Do you mean the sway bar?
