the drivers door is caved in bad and the floor is in rough shape. I was thinking about maybe trying to straighten the door and fix the floor then just dropping a motor and trans in it

Yeah the door is way worse than the picture shows. I think I can straighten it enough to look ok. I have another front bumper and can straighten the front fender.
