Where Do I Find Value

Hello, a member from this site ( I don’t think he was active anymore)passed away last week. I am the estate’s personal representative. Where do I find the value of his truck and the parts that going along with it? It would be easier if it was a completed project.
TIA
Liane

I do know mostly what I have but I was afraid to post that. The rules say you cannot ask for values.
The member was John@thepier.

Re: Where Do I Find Value

You have to know what you have before you can attempt to put a value on it. That said, make a list of all parts you want to sell. Then go attempt to purchase them online. Will probably take you an hour or two, but then you will have an idea.

And, sorry for the loss of forum member.

Good luck,
j

Welcome to the board! Sorry to hear a fellow member has passed on. There is a section in the forum called 'WIW' What's it worth. This is a great area to get value input from parts to completed trucks.

I remember when he was an active member years ago. Always had some decent stuff. Pics of everything will really help.

Provisions should be made to accommodate a situation like this. A member passing should be a moment for us to assist the family.

The forum rules state that you must be a subscribing/paying member in order to post items for sale or "what's it worth".
In your case the moderators might give an exception, I don't know.
Contact the member/moderator called Liz by private message and explain the situation. She is the best!

His username is in Bold lettering and gold in color. Doesn't that indicate a paid vendor membership?

Re: Where Do I Find Value

He is a gold member and has already posted on the appropriate WIW area.
