Anyone recognize this distributor? Delco Remy

I am having trouble uploading pictures of this, so I sent them to the admin. My distributor looks weird I inherited a 1966 C10 V8, and I noticed this while I was installing new plugs. Is this an aftermarket electronic ignition ? As far as the engine goes, I'm still not sure if it's a 283 or a 327. The passenger side head merely says "w," with no other letters or numbers. I'll try to attach pics again, thx! Pictures will not attach, I have to shrink them down to 100 KB
That's pretty small these days, any advice on how to shrink my 9 MB pictures down to 100 KB? It's a gray colored distributor cap, Delco-Remy, with a weird black thing attached to it. Thank you

Welcome. I usually concentrate on shrinking the pixel size down to make the pictures 1000 pixels wide using photo editing software (preview.app on my computer), then the upload works.
