parchment interior color 72 K10

Im looking to switch everything from the doors to the seat of my 1972 K10. I prefer parchment to off white but since I can't seem to find everything in parchment.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

Option A Seat will be parchment houndstooth from Southwest Classics
Option B Seat will be off white houndstooth from Classic Industries or
Door handles; LMC calls them off white, I f I can find a seat in parchment I'll paint them.
Sun visors, parchment houndstooth from Southwest Classics
Door panels I have them and plan to paint them, SEM carries both parchment or Ranger off white

Again, any help will be much appreciated.

Re: parchment interior color 27 K10

All my stock Parchment pieces were damaged or faded. Originally sprayed my 72 door panels with the SEM super white. Way to white. My dash is a parchment vinyl replacement from Dashes Direct purchased years ago and no longer available. Visors and headliner are from Classic parts. I found and resprayed door panels and arm rests with OER PP807 Parchment. I am satisfied with the color match. Will try to get some pics up if you want. Doing my own belts but still not decided on belt color, parchment or blue. Webbing availble is to white or blue is to dark for my liking. Will use the OER paint on buckles if I go parchemnt.

Re: parchment interior color 27 K10

Classic Industries carries the OER Parchment, it a good match. I’ve done seatbelts for people in the past. Super White is more white, but it is a good color when using certain new materials for the seat and such, because the vinyl tends to be more white. And then the webbing would be white.

For people that are sticking to the original parchment, then I use the OER Parchment, and parchment webbing. First picture shows the Parchment dye along with the new webbing and a piece of the original webbing.

Second & third pics are the Belts done with Super White and white webbing (#11)

Forth & fifth pics are the Parchment & parchment webbing (#7). The armrest that was new was used to do some color matching. If I remember correctly, that was from Southwest Classics.

Re: parchment interior color 27 K10

This is a continuation of the above post. First photos shows shows the webbing colors side by side. White #11 & parchment #7

Next photos shows a set of belts that was done in parchment. But this is why Super White and white webbing needs to be used in some cases. The “parchment” vinyl that was used to make these seat covers is more white than parchment. This is why it’s imperative to do a lot of samples of EVERYTHING before deciding on what colors, materials and parts that will be used and from where. Every vendor out there has their own shade of parchment.

In this case, the guy with this high end Blazer build insisted that the materials used for the seat was called “parchment”. So he wanted me to use “parchment” without sending me samples of the actual seat cover materials. To me, it was best to be 100% sure. As you can see, the belts ended up not matching the seat covers. White is what needed to be used, but without samples to compare it’s going to a toss up.
So in the end, the set was rewebbed in white so they matched a lot better.

Thanks gents, it’s a start. That is why I love this site, someone always has experience or lesson learned to help someone else out.
.
My truck interior is black and red, just like every other one out there. Not for long though…

The Parchment webbing tends to soil fairly easy as well as difficult to truly match. Have you thought about a contrasting color?
