Little by little progress is being made slowly. Got all the sound deadner on the floor. Dry fitted my aftermarket bucket seat backs. Had to drill new holes for them. Won’t even close to lining up to original holes. Threw my front carpet in. Man I’m paying the price for letting it sit in a box for 3 plus years. Hoping to hit it with some steam to get it to lay down nice.

Just wanted to post a little info on the build in regards to the rear HO52 rear axle. I’m running 2” wheel spaces in the rear and my factory studs were too short. I been told they didn’t come with 9/16 studs factory but mine were not drilled out and the splines in the hub looked to be original. I searched hard for info on the studs and what to replace with so figured I’d post what I used for future reference. I used Dorman 610-193 9/16x18 studs 3 15/32 long. Spline measures 0.620 same as my original ones. I think my original stud number was 610-190. I did have to cut about 1/2” off the stud as it protruded past the face of the spacer.

And while I had the drum off I snapped a pic of the brake shoe part number for future reference. Lots of guys say brakes and drums are hard to come by for these old Eaton rears. Rock auto has them in stock.

Made me a SPID label today. Used as many factory options as I have on truck but got a little creative with some of them. Turned out better than I expected.. always dreamed of finding a full SPID. I’m not that lucky so I hd to build one.
