T221 Bearings and Seals

Hello…

First time on this board; hoping for some help.

I have a ‘66 Suburban with a Rockwell T221. It is pretty noisy and I’d like to replace bearings and seals. Would anyone have the auto part supplier part numbers? Torque King is expensive and hoping for a less costly solution.

Also wondering if there is an additive anyone has had luck using.

I went online ebay and as I took transfer case apart I bought all timken bearings usa made. The seals I got at napa had to make my own gaskets for a couple of the caps. I used anerobic sealant between the shims to keep oil from leaking between shims as this was always an area that would cause oil loss. I also added a 90 degree elbow for the oil fill to raise the oil level so more oil could get to the input shaft. It is a very simple transfer case. The problem with a lot of them is the input shaft is worn so there is an abundance of play.
