Drop spindles with 15" wheels End all poll

Are all drop spindles made equally?
Who makes the best fitting spindles for 15"x 8" wheel fitment?

Re: Drop spindles with 15" wheels End all poll

I had CPP drop spindles on my 77 with oem disc brakes and 8" rallys and had no rub problems. I've since upgraded the brakes with Wilwood using their spindles and am running 20" wheels.

I used Maxtracs on my 76 GMC 1500 with 8" rallys.

Didn't see any poll but here's some info that helps make better decisions.....

* Different manufacturers offer different amounts of 'drop' for their spindles (2"; 2.5"; 3")
* The amount of spindle drop impacts the 15" wheel segment more than larger diameter wheels.
* Wheel back spacing also impacts fit issues.
