What front axle in 69 3/4 4x4?

Can someone tell me what axle I have in this 1969 Chevrolet 4x4? I need gaskets, seals and a couple bearings. Also where can I buy parts? Thanks

Closed knuckle dana 44

I can't tell from the pics, but it looks like you might have the Dana 44HD. Does your SPID on the glovebox show HD front axle?

I see you are in Canada and this might not be that helpful, but it could help you figure out if 44HD or not, assuming SPID is missing or something.

If you look at the types of seals available, one type has more screws than the other, and that is the HD, I think it is 12 screws vs 8 screws.

If you have an HD axle, I may be able to come up with my part number list I used when I redid mine.

I found where it says Dana-5F. I would have thought being a 3/4 ton it would have a HD heavy duty. The spider is gone unfortunately.

Standard on the 3/4 ton was the Dana 44 with the Dana 44HD being optional.

3-21-69 is the manufacture date
18679 is the Dana part number
50-11 is the ring and pinion tooth count, 50/11 is 4.54545454... so 4.55 gear ratio
