Tea seats
thinking about putting a Tea bench seat in my 68 C-10. anybody done this? any problems mounting the seat? thanks for your help. Larry

this is a Tea seat bench seat not split. Has anybody on here mounted 1 in a C-10? there are no mounting bkts

Interesting stuff.
I need a pair of buckets for my '71 Jimmy K/1500. Will have to start from scratch. The current set up is too redneck to reproduce: '80s Camaro/Firebird seats with the foam molded around the springs -- so not repairable, and the broken spring ends are poking my butt. The rear seat mounts are 4''x4'' wood blocks. Too Mickey Mouse to trust. And TEA has no mounting frame solutions? Next.

I'm not familiar with them but having looked at them I would be concerned with the front to back dimension in conjunction with how thick the backs are. Our trucks are somewhat limited in space between the bottom of the steering wheel and the seat back especially if your fuel tank is still in the cab. Some folks really struggle to be comfortable with the thin backed factory seats.
I tried to put 2013 GMC buckets in my truck but they pushed me too close to the steering wheel.

Glancing through their catalog, I see a picture of a 67-72 C10 with their seats in it. The pricing for finished buckets would be anywhere from 2100 to 2900 depending on seat cover type/quality. -Kevin
