broken grill question

Might be a dumb question, but it's it possible to replace just the black grate in the middle of the grill?

Thanks

Re: broken grill question

You can repair it with a donor grille. Epoxy pieces from the other grille.
It’s been several years, and cant remember if it was posted here in this forum, but I saw someone repair their grill.
Maybe do a search and see if something comes up.

Re: broken grill question

A friend of mine had a similar problem, however not as bad. Used a 3d printer. Looks good from 5'

Re: broken grill question

I looked for a while and didn't really want to pay $200+ for a non broken grill.

I used a Dremel to remove the broken bits, then painted the black sections so they were fresh looking.

My wife says "rat rod" , I like riding mountain bikes, and needed a way to support the "G".

Old brake rotor.
