Very similar, but, the one you show has heating too.

They look exactly the same as the ones without heating.

There are others on e-bay that seem to be the same unit as mine, with different sellers.

The company I used is out of stock, but I see this one that is the same as my unit that has the same look and dimensions.

Taking a moment to update this A.C. project.

I mentioned two items I wanted to add this spring, A.C. and Cruise control.

Both are now done and working. I had to go back under the seats to run and clean up some wiring and there is one thing I've been thinking about and that is getting more air flow passing through the A.C. system.

The pics tell the story. I needed one more 2 inch outlet of the A.C. unit and one more vent location.

It was easier to make an outlet with a flat and with two screws attach it to the A.C. unit after holesawing an opening.

Used some 18 gauge sheet metal made to support the vent and attached it out of the way to the back of the center arm rest.

Ok, that's all, come on summertime.

Ok, not that I'm exited to get into the 90's, temperature wise, but it has given me a chance to try out the AC in the truck.

I'll make this quick so anybody curious how this performs will know quickly and I'll post pics and further review later.

As for the condenser under the bed made by Vintage air, yesterday, lower 90's it performed just fine. I did some in town driving and highway driving, I see no issues with it's performance.

As I mentioned before, a hotter running engine was not allowed and fortunately, I see no difference in engine temp in the hot air.

As for the "under seat" evaporator, it has been removed. Although it did put out middle to upper 30 degrees, the volume of air just couldn't give a strong AC feeling. Perhaps if the unit was below the dash as it is intended, where the air is focused directly of the human body, it may have passed and been ok.

I compare it to what a difference it is sitting in the living room and turning on the ceiling fan, the evaporative feeling from the ceiling directly on your skin feels much cooler. With the AC evaporator under the seat, it cooled the air in the truck cab, but there just wasn't much direct air on your skin. plus, the air that did reach you're skin was losing it's cool before it reached you're skin.

To get good cooling I went with a Vintage Air Slim Line unit. It bolts directly under the dash and has 4 vents. It has heating, cooling and defrost. I had to remove the old heater to install the Slim Line unit. I didn't want to change the firewall heater hose locations and fortunately, I was able to use the same holes as before.

I took a lower 90'S temp test drive yesterday and only needed low speed fan and mostly closed vents to stay cool while driving.

No more drive down the highway, windows open and feeling the air buffeting in the open cab. I can can hear the radio, set the cruise control and relax.
