want to replac e ugly barndoor hinges

Any have good replacment piece for barn door hinges. Thinking aboiut set off Astro van. Understand not easy mod but them that would be no fun.LOL

Ideas and/or hacve seen or have done?

I cant remember a thread that anyone has done this. Seen the hatch latches replaced on Frizzle Frys old shortened burb. That seemed to be a lot of work and those didnt have the weird angles to deal with like on a barn door.

Take lots of pics if you do this, would make an interesting read.

I sort of remember somebody doing a hidden hinge on a panel some years back. I’ll have to see if I can find it. I may be way off but I think it had a lift gate and then the lower was split like barn doors.
