spring rate
Going to be swapping the coil/shock for coil overs when I dive into front end. Also will be dropping 2 oe 2.5 at spindle and at max 1" spring drop. Moving upper and lower arms. Adding 1.5 sway bar and disc brakes.
Ryck is 69 Panel with 454. Al mooment has iron heads and old iron intake. Intake will be gone probably before doing suspenion and heads will be swapped to aluminum. Mention becaus butt load of weight difference. Alpong woith moving battery to rear.Every little bit off nose help and 50 lbs is not just little. Think heads are another 50 and intake has to be about 15. So 110 to 120 off nose. Wonder what would be good spring rate to get. Drag racer here but have not had car with suspenion since 1987 and did not know crap them either. Truck will be street driven aggressively. Help the suspensipon illiterate out.LOL
