Potential New Project
I am not sure why I ask strangers, probably because I do not want to go with my wife's opinion.
I was looking for pre 80, but found a decent 82. Year I graduated so there is some old man nostalgia there. Good: It is all there. Overall great shape. Tailgate and paint separator trim on cab excellent shape. Doors shut like butter. Interior plastic in great shape. Factory air (already converted), cruise, tilt, dual tanks, AM-FM Cassette with rear speakers. Pass rocker no rust. Grill great shape no breaks. Rust: Pass fender behind rear tire (small area), Driver's floor about 3-4 square inches, surrounding metal is good. Likely can be repaired without removing rust free outer. Rust between trim and pass door, unknown how deep but not penetrated. Body damage: Driver's door dent, driver's hood dent, pass fender dent, needs front bumper. Needs engine. Obviously interested in thoughts and maybe even what its worth.

Re: Potential New Project
Looks like a better start than many. Do you have any other candidates to compare to or is this it?
