Need a Gas Cap

Does anyone know where I can find the correct cap for a 74 fleetside? Apparently there are two sizes because I've purchased 1 from eBay and one from Rock Auto, and neither will fit. The tangs are too wide and the outside of the cap is too small. I can futz with it and eventually get the tangs to enter the neck but I have to fight to get it off again.

Each order specifically said the caps would fit 73-80

MotoRad OE Replacement-Type Fuel Caps MGC800

I bought one a few years ago. Fits as it should.

Several places sell them so shop around for the price you want to pay.
