double din in a 2002
Hello all, searched an found one thread from 2009,
ANyway, I have a 2002 suburban, there are a few plug and play android units available. I have the 2003 bezel for a double din. Other than the bezel, and modification with the shallow plug and play units? I see to install the deeper full body units i need to cut the support brack and such. Trying to make it simple and clean as possible. Thank, Chris |

Re: double din in a 2002
I would check with YouTube for answers. My 2000 still has the factory radio.
Good Luck!

Re: double din in a 2002
If you are planning on running aftermarket amps with one of those Android headunits, id suggest getting a AudioControl line output converter or something similar. i had one in my 300 and the RCA outputs that come with those headunits are terrible. if you plan on keeping your factory speakers itll be fine.
