T350 & 700R kickdown bracket
I'm needing a kickdown/throttle bracket for a turbo 350,that bolts to a Holley 4160 carb base. I found a couple online, but they say they fit the 700r, but don't mention fitting the T 350. Are the square plastic cable ends at the manifold different between the 350 and 700r?

Re: T350 & 700R kickdown bracket
In the past, I used those flimsy tin brackets made for the kick down and throttle, they never worked well. I'm putting a Vortec engine in my 76, so really wanted a bracket that bolted to the carb base. It's these little things that can cost you a bunch of time on a project.

Re: T350 & 700R kickdown bracket
Then there's this from Summit. Hey James,
The TH350 and 700r4 use differently spaced housing brackets to function properly. You'll find that the TH350 cable housing needs to be farther away from the throttle linkage than this bracket provides. Thank you. I'm going to make something. |
