8 years. Did you take a break or revisiting the problem? I would think that this method with the added connection blocks also kept owners from incorrectly adding high amp accessories to the connection block next to the battery that was only intended as a easy fuse link replacement connection. Any accessory added to the fuse link block by the battery confuses the factory battery meter. That added connection block for accessories should have been on every truck. As for fuse links, within reason, fuse links are mostly the same gauge. You simply select/cut the length to achieve desired load protection. Charts can be found on internet.

There really wasn't a problem I just wanted more info on this set up. I am going thru my wiring to finish it up and realized I never posted the photos requested so 8 years later here they are so hopefully someday it will help someone else.
