The top was made from the original owner in the 70's. He recessed brass sleeves that are in the oak side panels where the topper frame / poles set inside of. I grew up going hunting and fishing in this truck and was able to purchase from original owner.. Very grateful to own this time capsule. At some point it will go back to his grandson who really wants it. It will be had to let go but it will be nice to keep it in their family.

That truck looks like it's brand new, Larry. One of the prettiest truck's I've seen.

My 67 crept outside, and quickly back in since it was about 10 degrees, under it's own power for the first time in a few years.

No snow on the ground this year getting the tree . But we have plenty now got about 4 before Christmas and the day after we got about 13 inches
