Somebody set me straight here. When was the Chevelle a Acadian and when was the Nova a Acadian? Did the Canadian Chevelle have a Pontiac engine?
US Venturas came out in '71...

Oh, and I forgot to say "eh?"....

Re: Vintage picture thread

Some companies want movie and TV shows sign waivers and have the final say on how their products are used on the show. To get around that the badging and other branding items are blacked out or removed. It's very common on motor vehicles.

I'm trying to wrap my head around this. So if I own, bought and paid for, a Chevy Tahoe and want to use it in a movie I have to get General Motors to sign a waiver so that I can use my Tahoe in the movie with Chevrolet and Tahoe callouts showing on the vehicle and can't show Chevrolet and Tahoe on the vehicle unless I get the waiver.. If thats correct its totally absurd !!
