Another VIN Question
Morning
Indiana i had the 1966 c10 plated and insured before tearing it down, never really drove it, motor never ran quite right, started as a motor teardown, snowballed into a cab off to fix some rust issues, ended up all the way apart the cab has the correct VIn tag The Frame does not, i know after reading some other posts it should be the last 6 digits, but its different, frame swap at some point ? i do know the cab had alot of bondo in it, which ive removed and fixed, skim coat of filler should be it at this point What do you do at this point 1) Leave it and put it back together/drive it 2) Check with DMV Any help appreciated

Re: Another VIN Question
I was one of the other poster’s about VINs. My vote the same as Ricky and Jim. - put it back together and drive it. The tag matches…
