more bolt sizes needed - flexplate & torque converter
Ok, bolt size experts... here's an intermediately difficult one for ya (beats the heck out of me). I need to know the size of the 6 bolts between flexplate and engine and the 3 bolts tween flexplate and torque converter. 350 engine if that is relevant (wouldn't think so).
Thanky, Ryan |

Flexpalte bolts are fine thread for sure, 7/16 I think.
There are two different types of torque converters. Some take bolts that screw into the converter, others take little short 3/8 bolts and nuts.

Those are pretty special bolts, I would suggest buying the ones made for the flexplate/torque converter.

my torque converter is the type that doesn't require nuts - has threaded holes. Thinks the parts house guys would have the specialized bolts? (This is the only thing preventing me from installing engine today!!)

Update - AutoZone carries the specialized bolts. That makes it easy!
